Di akhir sidang, ia bergurau masuk angin akibat praperadilan Pegi Setiawan.
"Kepercayaan yang diberikan dari kedua belah pihak tidak akan saya khianati. Tidak ada tekanan juga dari mana pun," ucap Eman.
"Doakan saya semoga bisa memutus dengan baik dan saya bisa sehat. Kalau ada yang bilang hakim 'masuk angin' dalam tanda petik, tidak ada, tapi saya tadi minum tolak angin," kata Eman bercanda.
