En el programa Cuadrando la Caja de la televisión cubana, el periodista oficialista Joel García León afirmó que el Gobierno debería reconocer formalmente la existencia de una “contingencia energética”, tal como establece la legislación cubana.
También señaló que no es lo mismo hablar de un incremento en el consumo —que podría interpretarse como prosperidad— que de la capacidad real de la población para disfrutarlo o percibirlo de manera inmediata.
