Sau vụ cháy kinh hoàng tại chung cư mini ở số 37, ngách 29/70 phố Khương Hạ khiến 56 người chết, 37 người bị thương vào đêm 12.9, Công an TP.Hà Nội đã khởi tố bị can, bắt tạm giam chủ đầu tư chung cư mini này là ông Nghiêm Quang Minh (44 tuổi, trú P.Yên Hòa, Q.Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội) để điều tra về tội vi phạm quy định về phòng cháy, chữa cháy.
Đáng chú ý, qua tìm hiểu, ông Minh không chỉ là chủ nhân tòa chung cư mini xảy ra vụ cháy kinh hoàng mà còn là chủ đầu tư hoặc chung tên cùng người khác đầu tư, xây dựng hàng loạt chung cư mini trên địa bàn các quận của Hà Nội như Đống Đa, Thanh Xuân, Tây Hồ…
