Umberto Marcucci, avvocato e padre di Manfredi, il sedicenne romano rimasto gravemente ferito nell’incendio del Constellation a Crans-Montana, interviene a Ignoto X e racconta il difficile ritorno alla normalità del figlio. Dopo i lunghi ricoveri seguiti alla strage, Manfredi è tornato a scuola, ma a ottobre dovrà affrontare un nuovo intervento alla mano per problemi di funzionalità. Da padre e da avvocato, Marcucci chiede ora "un minimo di giustizia" e punta il dito contro la gestione dei controlli. Pur riconoscendo che l’inchiesta si sta allargando a nuovi indagati, critica gli errori commessi nelle prime fasi e torna sulla mail che avrebbe segnalato i problemi del locale. La sua posizione è netta: "Io sono convinto che al Comune questa cosa si sapeva e hanno fatto finta poi di non vederla".
