Tambang tersebut diketahui tidak memenuhi standar keamanan hingga terjadi longsor yang merenggut nyawa 19 pekerja.
"Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kapolda Jabar, Bu Kapolresta Cirebon, dan seluru jajaran yang telah bekerja keras dengan mentersangkakan pengelola tambang Gunung Kuda," ujar Dedi, dikutip dari akun Instagram pribadinya @dedimulyadi71 pada Senin (2/6/2025).
Dedi berharap langkah tegas yang diambil aparat menjadi pelajaran penting bagi seluru pengelola tambang agar tidak bertindak sembarangan.
Selain itu, ia juga berharap korban yang masih hilang segera ditemukan.
"Saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada jajaran TNI yang turut bersama-sama Polri melakukan langkah-langkah penanganan dan teman-temanku BPBD Jabar saya ucapkan terima kasih," imbuhnya.
