소금&후추로 간단히 간을 해주고
에어프라이어에 165˚/50분 굽고 200˚/10분 구웠어요!
팬에 구우면 집안이 온통 기름 천지인데
에어프라이에 구우면 아주 간편해서 좋아요!
잘 구워진 대창 참소스에 푹~! 찍어 먹어보면
기름기가 쏙 빠져 바삭함을 넘어 파삭파삭하더라구요
거의 동결건조급으로..
그 뒤엔 적당한 기름과 참소스가 어우러져
고소하면서 달달짭조름한게 역시 꿀조합!
양파와 청양고추를 곁들여 먹으니 느끼할 틈이 없어요!
정말 한번 먹으면 멈출수 없는 맛!
그래서 영상이 6분이 채 안되네요..😅
1시간 굽는 동안 기름기가 쏙 빠져서 그런지
대창이 담백하다고 느껴질 정도였어요
저는 이렇게 기름기가 쪽~! 빠진 대창을 좋아한답니다
대창 안에 기름이 꽉차있는건 도저히 못 먹겠더라구요
