你有沒有過這樣的經驗？

曾經做得很好，重新開始時，卻忍不住拿現在跟過去的高點比較。別人眼中的起步，到了自己心裡，可能變成一句：「我是不是已經不行了？」

2016 年底，我開始認真經營 YouTube，趕上平台的流量紅利，也把知識音頻頻道做到近六十萬訂閱，單支影片超過百萬觀看。2026 年 7 月重新出發後，每集大約兩千次觀看。這個落差，讓我重新拆解過去的成功：哪些是自己累積的能力，哪些是時代曾經給過的風。

流量很重要，它是品牌和市場之間的橋。只是流量不等於信任，也無法代表品牌的全部。重新開始，也不能照搬過去成功的方法。真正的功課，是帶著經驗理解今天的自己與市場，再依照現實調整走法。

這一集，我也分享自己如何從直接把文章錄成音頻，改為重新撰寫口播稿；又如何從每週更新五集，調整成更符合目前工作與生活的隔日更新。有些答案，坐在書桌前想不出來。先做出去，現實才會回話。

《往前一點》是我重新經營之後留下的一份筆記，記錄此刻遇見的問題、正在做的決定，以及還沒有答案的地方。

往前，未必是數字立刻變好。有時候，只是比昨天更清楚：自己為什麼繼續，又不願意拿什麼去交換。

別拿過去的高點，羞辱今天的起步。把能力留下，把紅利還給時代。一天聽一點，我們一起往前一點。
