Saksi Kunci Kasus Vina Rana Minta Perlidungan Hukum, Ngaku Dapat Intimidasi dari Oknum Polri
Rana alias Piying, seorang saksi kunci dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky 2016 mengaku mengalami intimidasi dari oknum yang mengaku dari Mabes Polri.Akibat intimidasi tersebut, Rana meminta perlindungan hukum kepada kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan, tersangka lain dalam kasus yang sama.
Di rumahnya di Kelurahan Karya Mulya Kesambi, Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat, kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM bertemu dengan Rana alias Piying.
Sebagai informasi, Rana adalah saksi yang mengklaim telah melihat langsung perkelahian antara Vina, Eky dan dua pengendara sepeda motor di atas flyover Talun.
Kedatangan kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan ini merespons permintaan Rana untuk mendapatkan pendampingan hukum setelah mengalami intimidasi oleh pihak yang mengaku dari Mabes Polri.
Keterangan dari Rana alias Piying sendiri dianggap sangat penting karena dia mengetahui detail peristiwa langsung antara Vina, Eky dan para pelaku perkelahian
Rana pun menegaskan bahwa Pegi Setiawan bukanlah pelaku perkelahian tersebut.
Sebelumnya pada 2017, Rana alias Piying sudah menjadi saksi dalam persidangan. Namun, kesaksiannya tidak mendapat pertimbangan dari hakim saat itu.
