Hasta ahora NO recomendábamos utilizar Kafka como Event Bus.El motivo es sencillo: Está pensado como un sistema de análisis de datos, no uno de colas.
Pero todo esto con el KIP-932 ha cambiado. Ahora Kafka sí que tiene esas primitivas para poder hacer un Event Bus:
- 💾 Los mensajes tienen estado: ha ido bien, error…
- 🔄 Retries: cada mensaje guarda cuántas veces ha sido reintentado.
- 📨 Hay dead letter: con el KIP-1191 en Kafka 4.4.
Por ello creemos que ahora sí que es el momento de hablar de ello.
