(Agenzia Vista) “Prima dei rincari energetici, proprio nella giornata odierna, procederemo con una denuncia formale alla Guardia di Finanza per quanto riguarda alcune forme di carattere speculativo che abbiamo osservato negli ultimi giorni. e un qualcosa che ovviamente non solo non ci possiamo permettere nell’interesse delle nostre imprese, ma sappiamo che laddove questo non dovesse essere fermato, la ricaduta riguarda poi l’aumento del costo della spesa anche per i cittadini e riteniamo che in questa fase sia assolutamente speculativo quello che sta avvenendo. A fronte di questo invece oggi per noi è una grande giornata perché realizziamo la più grande AOP a livello nazionale della quarta gamma, dove andiamo ad associare più del 60% delle aziende che producono quarta gamma, un settore di grandissima importanza per quanto riguarda sia la penetrazione che oggi ha al mercato sul consumo per quanto riguarda il settore ortofrutticolo in termini più generali, ma soprattutto per quanto riguarda anche un servizio che viene dato ai cittadini, settore che però in questi anni ha attraversato molteplici difficoltà anche in termini di perdita del valore economico che storicamente invece aveva, con una ricaduta che riguarda anche il lavoro delle imprese agricole. Lo sforzo che vogliamo fare invece è di riposizionarlo al giusto valore in termini di mercato e che dia soddisfazione a tutta la filiera, che continua a rappresentare un’opportunità unica di crescita e di sviluppo ripeto per il comparto ortofrutticolo del nostro Paese. Mi piace anche ricordare sotto questo punto di vista che la quarta gamma è un’eccellenza in assoluto italiana che gli altri Paesi stanno osservando con grande attenzione e ripeto penso che ci siano tutte le condizioni per fare un percorso che sia sfidante sia in termini di valore economico sia in termini di posizionamento e di crescita dell’intera filiera che la riguarda”.
