Viene a cessare lo stato di emergenza, viene prorogata la struttura commissariale fino al 2029, ma in particolare viene considerata un'attenzione specifica sui tre Comuni che il 24 agosto hanno fatto registrare vittime, ovvero Amatrice, Accumoli ed Arquata, che saranno beneficiari di uno status particolare."
