Die Wettbewerbszentrale hat gegen dm geklagt und argumentiert, dass das Online-Angebot gegen die im Arzneimittelrecht vorgeschriebene Trennung von Apotheke und Drogerie verstoße. Demnach dürfen apothekenpflichtige Medikamente nur in Apotheken verkauft werden.
