ดีล 60 วัน ทรัมป์ยอมคืนหมื่นล้าน แลกอิหร่านเปิดฮอร?
ม.ล.ณัฏฐกรณ์ เทวกุล หรือ หม่อมปลื้ม นักวิเคราะห์การเมืองและสถานการณ์ต่างประเทศ ให้สัมภาษณ์ถึงกรณีที่สหรัฐและอิหร่านจะไปลงนามข้อตกลงยุติสงครามในวันศุกร์ที่19 มิ.ย.นี้ โดยมองว่า การเจรจาครั้งนี้ได้รับแรงกดดันอย่างหนักจากประชาคมโลก รวมถึงประเทศตัวกลางอย่างนายกรัฐมนตรีปากีสถาน ผู้นำตุรกี กาตาร์ และ ซาอุดีอาระเบีย ที่พยายามขับเคลื่อนทางการทูตเพื่อกดดันให้ทั้ง2ประเทศปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงส่วนตัวเชื่อว่าระยะ 1-2 เดือนแรกหลังเจรจาข้อตกลง หยุดยิงน่าจะเป็นไปด้วยดี แล้วระหว่างนั้นสหรัฐฯ กับ อิหร่านก็คงไปเจรจาในรายละเอียดเชิงลึก ของข้อตกลงที่วางกรอบไว้ 60 วัน โดยเฉพาะประเด็นเรื่อง "ยูเรเนียม" ว่าจะจัดการอย่างไร ดังนั้น ข่าวดีที่โลกได้รับเมื่อวานนี้เรื่องการเปิดฮอร์มุซ จนทำให้ราคาน้ำมันดิบลดลง น่าจะเป็นข่าวดีที่คงอยู่ได้สักพักใหญ่ ๆ แต่ก็ไม่ได้หมายความว่า ทั้งสองประเทศจะเห็นพ้องต้องกันในทุกเรื่อง หากภายในกรอบ60วัน หรือ 2 เดือนนี้ ยังคุยเรื่องยูเรเนียมไม่ลงตัวก็มีโอกาสสูงที่จะกลับมาสู้รบกันใหม่
