Gras ist jetzt legal. Trotzdem fahren Kiffer wie Uwe immer mit der Unsicherheit: Verliere ich meinen Führerschein, wenn die Polizei jetzt einen Drogentest von mir verlangt? Diese Frage beschäftigt viele, die regelmäßig Cannabis konsumieren, besonders seit der Legalisierung. Uwe ist Nutzhanf-Landwirt mitten im fränkischen Hinterland und deshalb täglich auf sein Auto angewiesen. Für ihn wäre ein Fahrverbot nicht nur lästig, sondern könnte seine gesamte Existenz gefährden.
Der neue THC-Grenzwert von 3,5 Nanogramm THC pro Milliliter Blut schürt jetzt bei vielen die Hoffnung, wenigstens am Tag nach dem letzten Cannabis-Konsum kein Fahrverbot mehr riskieren zu müssen. Doch wie realistisch ist diese Hoffnung tatsächlich? Kann man wirklich so einfach die THC-Konzentration im Blut kontrollieren und damit das Risiko minimieren?
Um diesen Fragen auf den Grund zu gehen, starten Uwe und Y-Reporter Sebastian ein Experiment: Ab welcher Menge Weed bin ich eine Gefahr im Straßenverkehr und wann kann ich nach dem neuen Grenzwert wieder unbeschwert ins Auto steigen?
