DEUTSCHLAND: Doppelt so hohe Strompreise wie im G20-Schnitt – Verbraucher zahlen weltweit am meistenDeutschland hat laut einer Analyse des Vergleichsportals Verivox die höchsten Strompreise aller G20-Staaten. Im Durchschnitt werden 35,6 Cent je Kilowattstunde fällig und damit mehr als doppelt so viel wie der G20-Durchschnitt. Ein wesentlicher Grund: Mehr als 60 Prozent des Strompreises entfallen auf Steuern, Abgaben, Umlagen und Netzentgelte. Die Analyse zeigt zudem, wie groß der Abstand zu anderen Industrienationen wie Italien und Großbritannien ist.
