DEUTSCHLAND: Jens Landwehr zur Leihmutterschaft im Fall Jens Spahn – Ausbeutung oder Hilfe?Jens Landwehr, Vorsitzender des Vereins zur Förderung der Legalisierung der Leihmutterschaft in Deutschland, fordert eine Legalisierung der Leihmutterschaft in Deutschland. Zur Kompensation erklärt Landwehr, eine angemessene Zahlung sei Teil des Prozesses. Er verweist auf die Einschätzung der Kommission. Diese habe ihre Ergebnisse 2024 vorgelegt. Abschließend wird auf weiterhin bestehende ethische Bedenken hingewiesen.
