Terdapat empat aktivis yang mengajukan Praperadilan.
“Kami dari Tim Advokasi untuk Demokrasi (TAUD) saat ini telah mendaftarkan permohonan Praperadilan para aktivis demonstran yang beberapa waktu lalu ditangkap dan kini ditahan oleh Polda Metro Jaya,” kata perwakilan TAUD sekaligus pengacara publik Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Indonesia (YLBHI) M. Afif Abdul Qoyim di PN Jakarta Selatan usai mengajukan permohonan, Jumat (3/10/2025). (TribunVideo.com)
