Sono finite, così, in amministrazione giudiziaria (ma non indagate) Alviero Martini e società controllate da Dior, Armani e Valentino. Queste case di moda sono, oggi, uscite dalla misura di prevenzione, per Valentino Bags Lab e Loro Piana, invece, l’amministrazione giudiziaria è ancora in corso. Loro Piana è stato l’ultimo brand a essere toccato dal provvedimento perché, secondo la Procura, ha favorito colposamente lo sfruttamento del lavoro tramite “una generalizzata carenza di modelli organizzativi e un sistema di internal audit fallace”.
