KOMPAS.TV - Kejaksaan Agung kembalikan berkas perkara Pegi Setiawan ke penyidik Polda Jabar pasca putusan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan.Kepala Pusat Penerangan Umum Kejaksaan Agung menyebut penyelidikan tidak sah ada prosedur yang tidak dijalankan.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Umum Kejaksaan Agung, harli Siregar menyebut Kejaksaan Agung menghormati putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung yang memutuskan penetapan tersangka Polda Jawa Barat terhadap Pegi Setiawan batal.
Harli menyatakan dalam amar putusan Polda Jabar melakukan kesalahan prosedur dalam tahap penyelidikan dan penyidikan hingga penetapan tersangka Pegi Setiawan.
