Politikus NasDem ini menilai kepala negara mengedepankan stabilitas politik nasional di tengah dinamika politik yang berkembang.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Ahmad Sahroni melalui unggahan Instagram pribadinya, Kamis (31/7).
"Bapak Prabowo bener-bener the Real presiden yg saya banggakan, ingin Republik ini tidak ada gaduh politik apapun , dan bapak hanya fokus kepada kesejahteraan rakyat indonesia," tulisnya.
Menurutnya, keputusan tersebut menunjukkan komitmen Presiden dalam meredam potensi kegaduhan politik yang tidak produktif.
Ia juga menekankan perhatian negara seharusnya difokuskan pada hal-hal yang lebih mendesak ketimbang drama politik.
Langkah ini dinilai mampu mengalihkan fokus pemerintah dan publik pada isu-isu penting lainnya yang lebih berdampak bagi kesejahteraan rakyat.
Sebagai informasi, Presiden Prabowo resmi memberikan abolisi kepada mantan Menteri Perdagangan Tom Lembong dan amnesti kepada Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto.
Adapun alasan utamanya demi kepentingan persatuan nasional dan stabilitas politik.
Selain itu, keputusan ini menjadi bagian dari upaya rekonsiliasi dan penguatan demokrasi menjelang peringatan HUT ke-80 RI.
