Pemusnahan pohon sawit ini sebagai tindak lanjut dari penyerahan 311 hektare lahan oleh warga yang sebelumnya mengklaim sebagai pemilik.
Adapun lahan tersebut telah ditanami sawit kurang lebih 40 ribu pohon yang memiliki rentang usia satu hingga 15 tahun.
