Nel filmato il proprietario veste i panni di un cliente particolarmente esigente e, tra una richiesta e l’altra, arriva a ordinare una pietanza «con lo sputo». Una provocazione che non è piaciuta alla diretta interessata. «Ogni tanto viene quasi da ridere guardandolo, ma questa non è una cosa da ridere. È una cosa seria» - dice Maria Clara, che chiede di non rendere pubblico il proprio cognome perché ha ricevuto minacce di morte e insulti a sfondo razzista (la ragazza è di origine brasiliana).
