Armada ini berada di 270 mil laut menuju Gaza dan akan mematahkan blokade Israel.
Melalui akun Instagramnya, Global Sumud Flotilla mengungkapkan misi mereka semakin dekat dan akan tiba dalam 3 hari mendatang.
Dalam keterangannya, dituliskan bahwa dalam 1,5 hari nantinya armada Sumud Flotilla akan memasuki zona beresiko tinggi tempat sebagian besar armada dicegat sebelumnya.
"Di sinilah kewaspadaan dan solidaritas global sangat dibutuhkan," tulis mereka di akun Instagram.
Pada titik resiko tinggi itu, sebelumnya kapal bantuan Madleen dan Handala telah dicegat oleh pasukan angkatan laut Israel dalam misi mengirimkan bantuan kemanusiaan.
Dalam upaya menembus blokade inilah, kapal perang Italia dan Spanyol ikut dikerahkan mengawal Sumud Flotilla.
Bahkan dikabarkan, ada tiga negara lagi yang sedang mempertimbangkan mengirim lebih banyak kapal militer, meski tak diungkapkan secara detail apa nama negara-negara tersebut.
Armada Global Sumud, yang terdiri dari sekitar 50 kapal, berlayar awal bulan ini untuk menerobos blokade Israel terhadap Gaza dan mengirimkan bantuan kemanusiaan, khususnya pasokan medis, ke daerah kantong yang dilanda perang tersebut.
Upaya penembusan blokade Israel ini juga akan menjadi momen berbahaya lantaran Zionis sendiri sudah menegaskan akan menyerang dan mencegat Sumud Flotilla. (Tribun-Video.com)
