Heute zum Valentinstag, für mich den Tag der Selbstliebe, teile ich dieses berührbare Tanzvideo.Es ist aus einem sehr intimen, ehrlichen Moment entstanden. Als ich gerade total mit mir selbst verbunden war und in alten Erinnerungen schwelgte.
Beim Tanzen und Mitsingen stieg in mir plötzlich das Gefühl auf, wie sehr ich mich selbst aufgegeben und in falschen Rollen verloren hatte.
Brad Arnold, der Sänger von 3 Doors Down, die ich 2005 selbst live in München sah, starb vor wenigen Tagen in meinem Alter mit 47 an Nierenkrebs. Seine Musik begleitete mich mit Mitte 20 intensiv.
Doch damals führte ich ein falsches Leben.
Ich habe mich deshalb dazu entschieden, genau diesen Übergangsmoment zu teilen: von Traurigkeit zu Präsenz, von Zusammenbruch zu Selbstkontakt.
Nicht perfekt.
Nicht astrein gesungen.
Aber 100% echt.
