人類の9割が謎の感染症に感染・死亡した“あかいひ”から13年、生き延びた人々は都市を離れ隔離された村で暮らしていた。
壊滅前の記憶がない新世代のアキは、かつて村を出て行った父親を探すため、幼馴染のナツキ、ハルと共に村を抜け出す。
