Nei nostri telefoni. Nelle nostre case. Nelle città. Negli ospedali. Nelle guerre. Ci aiuta ad apprendere, a curarci, a decidere.
Può trovare la verità. O generare menzogne.
Può ridisegnare gli equilibri geopolitici del mondo.
Mentre noi continuiamo a pretendere – o meglio, a illuderci – di controllare tutto. "L’intelligenza artificiale ci supererà?"
In molti campi lo ha già fatto. E forse, non è mai stata davvero in competizione con noi, che pure l’abbiamo costruita.
Ci siamo sempre messi al centro. Abbiamo sempre misurato l’intelligenza artificiale in base a noi stessi.
Immaginando scenari distopici. Tentando di placare le nostre paure, i nostri fantasmi.
Ma l’intelligenza non ha bisogno di essere umana per essere potente.
Non ha bisogno di comprendere per decidere.
Non ha bisogno di coscienza per cambiare il mondo.
