Hak Guna Usaha di IKN Hampir 2 Abad, Jokowi: Demi Tarik Investor
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Presiden Joko Widodo angkat bicara di tengah polemik pemberian izin Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) bagi investor di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) hingga hampir dua abad.Jokowi bilang mengatakan pemberian HGU dengan jangka waktu paling panjang bisa mencapai 190 tahun dengan dua kali siklus untuk investor.
Hal ini bertujuan memberikan kewenangan pada otorita IKN untuk menarik investasi sebesar-besarnya.
Jokowi menambahkan, investasi dibutuhkan karena infrastruktur yang dibangun dari APBN hanya kawasan inti pusat pemerintahan.
