Una legge che da qualsivoglia prospettiva la si analizzi non può che apparire oscena e inqualificabile ponendosi perfettamente in continuità con le precedenti leggi elettorali poste in essere dai governi di destra o di sinistra, poco importa, ugualmente piegati al verbo unico della globalizzazione neoliberale che hanno preceduto quello presieduto da Giorgia Meloni. Vi è soprattutto un punto che, a giudizio di chi vi sta parlando, merita di essere sottolineato e analizzato come sempre controvento.
Con il "Melonellum" si sbarra "de facto e de jure" la strada ai partiti più piccoli, voglio dire ai partiti meno organici all'ordine dominante, quelli più liberi dal gioco dell'ideologia unica dominante. Per questi partiti infatti la strada sarà ancor più ardua di quanto già non sia per poter accedere al Parlamento e per poter quindi incidere realmente sulla vita politica della nostra Italia.
L'obiettivo è evidente e, almeno credo, sotto gli occhi di tutti, garantire l'accesso al Parlamento unicamente ai partiti istituzionali, vale a dire alle formazioni partitiche che risultino in tutto e per tutto organiche al partito unico fintamente articolato del Capitale, poco conta se di destra o di sinistra.
