Today’s practice is a fun, challenging yoga flow designed to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and body control. We’ll move through lots of balancing yoga postures, flowing transitions, hip openers, core activation, and playful peak poses to help you push your limits and progress in your yoga practice.

This 20-minute intermediate yoga class builds toward two exciting peak poses: Baby Grasshopper Pose and a Half Pistol Squat Roll Back into Shoulder Stand. These movements are challenging, creative, and so much fun — perfect for anyone wanting to explore arm balances, balance training, flexibility, and advanced yoga transitions.

Filmed by the water with beautiful nature views, peaceful sounds, and calming meditation music, this outdoor yoga practice brings together strength, flow, focus, and playfulness in one energizing class.
