心理學的然後呢？EP02｜我們能不能開始去相信自己？
這一集，我想從自己三十年來一路接觸成功學、身心靈，到後來學習與推廣心理學的歷程，談一件讓我心裡很不安的事。成功學、身心靈與心理學，看起來是不同的語言系統。但我慢慢發現，很多人的行為模式其實沒有改變。他們只是從一個認同換到另外一個認同，從一個相信換到另外一個相信；把什麼叫成功、什麼叫靈魂的提升，到什麼叫健康、完整的人生，一路交給別人定義。
心理學有它的價值，我也從中得到很大很大的養分。但是心理學沒辦法解決所有問題，心理師的專業訓練，也不代表他有無所不包的生命經驗與社會經驗。一個人能陪你理解情緒與內在議題，不代表他能處理你在工作、事業、金錢與現實選擇上的所有問題。當有些心理工作者跨出去做職涯、商業，甚至所謂的高端服務，我們仍然要問：他的能力從哪裡來？他事實上能做到哪裡？
我不想要以批判心理師為出發點。我只是覺得，有些事情要讓社會大眾清醒，知道心理師的訓練到底怎麼回事，這也是祛魅的一部分。
改變生命，從來就是自己為自己改變，其他人只是幫忙而已。你要怎麼活，其實是自己的責任。把那個責任收回來，不要再把自己人生真正的決定權交給別人。
