Kapal tersebut diduga digunakan untuk mengangkut tambang nikel dari wilayah Raja Ampat.
Inisial yang tertera dalam kapal tersebut mirip dengan nama Presiden ke-7 Jokowi dan sang istri Iriana Jokowi.
Ternyata kapal tersebut memang terdaftar dan dimiliki oleh sejumlah perusahaan.
Berdasarkan data dari Kementerian Perhubungan, kedua nama JKW Mahakam dan Dewi Iriana memang terdaftar lengkap.
Kapal JKW Mahakam 1,3,6 dan 10 tercatat dimiliki PT Pelita Samudera Sreeya.
Sedangkan kapal JKW Mahakam dengan nomor lain dimiliki oleh PT Permata Lintas Abadi, PT Glory Ocean Lines dan PT Sinar Pasifik.
Kemudian kapal tongkang Dewi Iriana 2,3 dan 5 dimiliki oleh PT Pelita Samudera Sreeya.
Sementara kapal Dewi Iriana dengan nomor lain dimiliki PT Permata Lintas Abadi, PT IMC Pelita logistik tbk dan PT Sinar Pasifik Lestari. (Tribun-Video.com/Kompas.com)
