🔥 Brand in Mannheimer Bürohochhaus - Feuerwehr mit zwei Löschzügen im Einsatz
Mannheim – Am Dienstagnachmittag gegen 16:15 Uhr löste die automatische Brandmeldeanlage in einem Hochhaus in der Rheinvorlandstraße Alarm aus. Das Gebäude wird als Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude genutzt.Bei Eintreffen der Feuerwehr und des Rettungsdienstes war Rauchentwicklung im Dachbereich sichtbar. Ursache war ein Brand in einem Technikraum im Erdgeschoss. Durch Lüftungsöffnungen im Dachbereich breitete sich Rauch in mehrere Gebäudeteile aus. Die Feuerwehr leitete sofort Löschmaßnahmen ein – der Brand konnte schnell gelöscht werden. Anschließend wurden umfangreiche Lüftungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt und das Gebäude weiterhin kontrolliert.
Glücklicherweise wurden keine Personen verletzt. Mehrere Anwohner hatten die Rauchentwicklung zuvor über Notrufe gemeldet. Über die Höhe des entstandenen Sachschadens liegen derzeit keine Informationen vor.
