👉🏼20 g de gelatina en polvo sin sabor o Agar agar

👉🏼60 g de Ricotta o Requesón Sin Sal *Opcional - Pasas
🔥 Horno 25-30 min a 180 ºc dejar enfriar y servir recién hecha o guardar en la nevera toda la noche para un sabor mucho más concentrado.
