Se trata de puntos relacionados con seguridad o con el uso óptimo del móvil. Cosas como cerrar apps en segundo plano, ignorar las actualizaciones menores, no prestar atención a los permisos, descargar apps dede cualquier sitio o no usar conectores USB públicos.
Todo junto puede hacer que tu móvil no esté tan protegido como debería, o no funcione tan bien como esperas. Por eso son cosas que, en definitiva, deberías dejar de hacer con tu Android.
