Ditemui di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Senin (6/10), Subhan menyampaikan ada dua syarat yang harus dipenuhi Wapres Gibran dan KPU RI.
Pertama adalah meminta maaf pada masyarakat Indonesia dan yang kedua adalah mundur dari jabatan.
Subhan juga memastikan dirinya tak lagi meminta Gibran dan KPU untuk membayar ganti rugi senilai Rp 125 triliun dengan alasan dirinya sudah punya banyak uang.
Adapun proses mediasi perkara ini akan berlanjut pada Senin (13/10) dengan agenda tanggapan para tergugat terhadap proposal perdamaian dari penggugat.
