Questo aprirà degli spazi, diciamo, significativi di bilancio in termini di scostamento, ma proprio perché è uno scostamento dovranno essere utilizzati in modo molto intelligente e molto mirato. E quindi la discussione ovviamente è aperta, il governo cercherà di fare le cose migliori nonostante una situazione oggettivamente esterna molto, molto complicata."
