JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Terlapor kasus tudingan ijazah palsu Jokowi, Roy Suryo CS menggelar deklarasi tolak kriminalisasi di Gedung Joeang, Menteng, Jakarta.Dalam deklarasi ini, Roy Suryo menyatakan keberatannya dengan pemeriksaan Jokowi di Mapolres Solo.
Roy Suryo CS juga sudah bersurat ke Polda Metro Jaya untuk meminta gelar perkara khusus atas kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik tudingan ijazah palsu Jokowi.
Presiden ke-7 Republik Indonesia, Joko Widodo, Rabu (23/07/2025) pagi memenuhi panggilan penyidik Polda Metro Jaya di Mapolresta Solo, Jawa Tengah.
Jokowi diperiksa sebagai saksi pelapor dalam kasus dugaan fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik dengan terlapor Roy Suryo CS.
Usai menjalani pemeriksaan selama tiga jam, Presiden ketujuh Republik Indonesia, Joko Widodo, mengatakan jika dirinya menjawab empat puluh lima pertanyaan dari penyidik, mulai soal kuliahnya hingga terkait kader PSI yang mengunggah foto ijazah Jokowi di media sosial.
Tak hanya itu, Joko Widodo juga bilang, ijazah SMA dan sarjana miliknya disita penyidik untuk kepentingan penyidikan.
Selain ijazah Jokowi, penyidik dari Polda Metro Jaya juga menyita ijazah teman SMA Jokowi saat pemeriksaan di Mapolresta Surakarta pada Selasa (22/07/2025) kemarin.
Total ada lima ijazah teman SMA Jokowi yang disita penyidik.
Walau kasus ini sudah masuk ke tahap penyidikan, namun belum ada satu orang pun yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh penyidik.
