Pete Hegseth, in un post su X, pubblicando un video di 27 secondi che mostra l'esplosione del mezzo dopo essere stato colpito.
Secondo Hegset l'imbarcazione operava nell'area sotto la supervisione del
Comando meridionale (Southcom), era coinvolta nel traffico di sostanze
stupefacenti e viaggiava seguendo una rotta del narcotraffico trasportando
«quantità ingenti di droga».
