Dapur Program Makan Bergizi Gratis di Banjar Belum Kantongi Sertifikat, Bagaimana Bisa? | SAPA MALAM
KALIMANTAN SELATAN, KOMPAS.TV - Seluruh dapur penyedia Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di Kabupaten Banjar hingga kini belum mengantongi Sertifikat Laik Higiene Sanitasi (SLHS).Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banjar, Norifansyah, saat memantau sejumlah dapur Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi pascakejadian keracunan yang menimpa lebih dari 130 pelajar di tujuh sekolah.
Meski penerbitan SLHS merupakan kewenangan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banjar, faktanya dari 13 dapur yang sudah beroperasi, seluruhnya baru mengajukan pengurusan sertifikat tersebut sepekan sebelum kasus keracunan terjadi.
Berdasarkan data terbaru per Senin (13/10) pagi, jumlah pelajar yang masih dirawat di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura tersisa tiga orang dari total 130 pelajar yang sebelumnya mengalami gejala keracunan.
