Giovanna Botteri, ospite di In altre parole di Massimo Gramellini, ha commentato il referendum sulla giustizia promosso dal governo, definendolo un’iniziativa che travisa la funzione del voto popolare: “Il governo ha trasformato questo referendum, che in realtà era tecnico, in un referendum contro la magistratura. Nessuno ne parla più, probabilmente nessuno ha capito davvero di cosa si tratta”.La giornalista ha evidenziato come, a partire da casi come Garlasco, sia stata alimentata la sensazione che la magistratura sia corrotta e dominata dalle correnti: “Un ammasso di mafiosi, come ha detto il ministro della Giustizia parlando del CSM. La passeggiata del nostro Presidente al CSM ha riportato il senso della democrazia basata sul nostro sistema giudiziario.
