Ce nom, tiré du fulfuldé, évoque la droiture et l'intégrité, soulignant l'objectif principal de cette brigade : rétablir l'ordre et le respect des valeurs morales et citoyennes.Elle se concentrera sur l'amélioration de la discipline publique, de la propreté, de la sécurité routière, et du respect envers les institutions de l'État et les emblèmes nationaux.Cette initiative s'inscrit dans le cadre légal existant, notamment la loi de 2003 sur la sécurité intérieure, et vise à renforcer le sentiment de civisme et de citoyenneté parmi la population.
