До лінії фронту від Костянтинівки вже 8 км. У цьому ключовому місті Краматорсько-Костянтинівської агломерації до вторгнення жили 67 тисяч людей. Нині, за даними місцевої влади, залишаються 8500 людей попри те, що росіяни вже дістають до деяких частин міста дронами.«Битва за Костянтинівку вже триває, просто не в самому місті, а на околицях. Вона надзвичайно важка не тільки для нас, для нашого ворога теж. Вони вмиваються кров'ю на цьому напрямку. Вона триває, і дуже багато буде залежати від рішень вищого керівництва. Іноді ці рішення можуть бути важкими, але збережуть життя й дадуть зайняти нам більш вигідну позицію», — говорить Роман, командир роти у 49 окремому штурмовому батальйоні «Карпатська Січ» імені Олега Куцина.
