Pertemuan tersebut membahas sejumlah isu tentang kehidupan beragama di Indonesia dan juga lingkungan hidup yang perlu dipelihara, tetapi tidak melupakan pemanfaatannya untuk seluruh rakyat.

Pendeta Victor berkunjung ke Kantor PBNU sekira pukul 13.00 WIB didampingi mantan anggota DPR RI Effendi Simbolon dan beberapa pengurus HKBP lainnya.
Pertemuan ini menjadi awal pembahasan intensif tentang bentuk konkret kolaborasi antara NU dan HKBP.
Beberapa isu yang dibicarakan antara lain soal kesulitan pembangunan rumah ibadah, lingkungan, hingga persoalan ekonomi dan pendidikan.
Terkait kerja sama, Pendeta Victor menjelaskan telah terjalin kerja sama melalui nota kesepahaman (MoU) dengan PBNU sejak 2021 dan akan ada tindak lanjut program-program selanjutnya.
