On Friday, Donald Trump announced that Russia will supply diesel to the U.S. and global markets, as his administration temporarily lifted sanctions on Russian fuel. On the same day, new data showed the European Union paid an estimated €7.88 billion for record imports of Russian Arctic LNG between January and September 2026.Both moves come from the same Western powers that have tariffed, sanctioned and lectured countries like India and China for buying Russian energy.
