TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Gubernur Jawa Barat, Dedi Mulyadi, menyatakan akan menemui langsung keluarga korban dalam tragedi longsor tambang di Cirebon yang menewaskan 14 orang.

Menurutnya, musibah tersebut terjadi akibat kelalaian dan tidak terpenuhinya standar keselamatan penambangan.

Ia menduga para penambang tidak memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya.

Lantas, Dedi mengingatkan bahwa tiga tahun lalu ia sudah menyoroti potensi kecelakaan kerja di lokasi tersebut.

Ia pun menegaskan, pengelola penambangan dari Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al Adzariyah harus bertanggung jawab penuh atas kejadian ini.

Selain korban meninggal, sejumlah penambang lainnya juga mengalami luka-luka serius.

Bahkan Dedi mendesak agar pihak terkait segera dievaluasi dan dikenai sanksi hukum bila terbukti lalai.

Ia menekankan pentingnya regulasi ketat dan pengawasan berkala agar tragedi serupa tidak terulang.
