Con el ultimo tráiler de Resident Evil Requiem, se ha revelado más de lo que parece a simple vista. Capcom confirma una historia compartida entre Leon S. Kennedy y Grace, con dos estilos muy diferenciados: terror puro y vulnerable frente a acción medida y controlada. Todo dentro de una única narrativa que busca equilibrio y coherencia.El gran misterio gira en torno a ELPIS, un concepto clave vinculado al asesinato de Alyssa y a un secreto que Leon arrastra desde hace años. Las imágenes del tráiler apuntan a una posible infección relacionada con Elpis, llevando a Leon a su situación más extrema hasta la fecha y conectando con su visita al hospital clínico.
Además, surge una de las mayores dudas entre los fans: la ausencia de Ada Wong. Según información compartida por Dusk Golem, Ada no tendría un papel relevante en Requiem, una decisión narrativa pensada para cerrar el arco de Leon de forma seria, evitando el fanservice y apostando por una historia más madura.
Con nuevos villanos, pistas sobre Raccoon City y detalles que sugieren posibles saltos temporales, Resident Evil Requiem apunta a ser una de las entregas más oscuras y ambiciosas de la saga.
