• В Госдуме предложили штрафовать банки за нарушения прав клиентов процентом от капитала, что может обойтись крупным игрокам в миллиарды. Сбер, ВТБ и другие выступили против и предложили ограничить суммы. Власти обещают учесть их позицию, но ужесточение наказаний неизбежно
