Зараз за кордоном України проживає приблизно 25 мільйонів українців, каже в інтерв’ю Радіо Свобода Павло Ґрод, Президент Світового конгресу українців. Він розповідає, чи всі з них почуваються українцями, як біженці взаємодіють з діаспорою та чому їх закликатимуть повертатися додому.
