ASYLSTREIT: Intensivtäter klagt sich Flüchtlingsstatus zurück – Ex-Staatsanwalt übt scharfe Kritik!Ein verurteilter irakischer Intensivstraftäter verliert nach einer dreijährigen Jugendstrafe zunächst seinen Flüchtlingsstatus – und bekommt ihn nach erfolgreicher Klage dennoch zurück. Das Gericht sieht trotz schwerer Vorstrafen keine fortbestehende Gefahr für die Allgemeinheit. Für Diskussionen sorgen widersprüchliche Gutachten zur Rückfallgefahr sowie eine Beziehung des Mannes zu zwei Justizbediensteten während der Haft. Im Gespräch ordnet der ehemalige Staatsanwalt Ralf Knispel den Fall ein und diskutiert, ob gesetzliche Vorgaben, Ermessensspielräume und die personelle Ausstattung der Justiz ausreichen, um vergleichbare Fälle künftig anders zu bewerten.
