Dedi Mulyadi menjelaskanbahwa study tour hanya membebani wali murid karena siswanya harus membayra sewa bus dan lain-lain.
"Yang dilarang adalah kegiatan study tour, yang kemudian dengan demonstrasi itu menunjukkan dengan jelas kegiatan study tour itu sebenarnya kegiatan piknik, kegiatan rekreasi."
Dedi juga menilai bahwa selama ini study tour hanya menjadi kedok agar siswa dapat piknik ke luar Jawa Barat. (TribunVideo.com)
